Working Menopause

Sonia Murray

Communications Trainer & Coach

Sonia has 20 years’ experience in leadership and management development. Her track record with organisations as diverse as Waitrose, the BBC, Horizon Nuclear Energy, Lloyds of London and KPMG enabled her to develop an insight into the challenges and rewards for leaders in tough business environments.

With a strong track-record in coaching partners in one of the ‘Big Four’ accountancy firms, Sonia has focused particularly on leadership impact and communication, developing a specialism in coaching senior female leaders.

Sonia particularly enjoys her work with women in leadership, enabling them to navigate their careers, often through periods of transition.

Increasingly, her coaching work uncovered the impact of menopause in the workplace. Strong, intelligent, capable women being sideswiped by a natural progression. A passion for raising menopause awareness was born, supporting organisations to communicate an inclusive menopause message. Her firm focus is on training that sticks and motivates people to act.
